    Placerville, CA – Today Assistant Assessor Danielle Yandow announced her candidacy for El Dorado County Assessor in the June 7, 2022, election.

    “For the last 16 years, I have had the privilege of serving the public on behalf of the Assessor’s Office.

    I am looking forward to using my knowledge and expertise to help the department grow, provide continuity in the change of leadership, while maintaining the impressive standards of public service that have been a hallmark of the office for decades” Yandow said.

    She began her career with the Assessor’s office as a technician; later, she was promoted to Auditor-Appraiser and then to supervisor.

    She now oversees the day-to-day operations at the office as the Assistant Assessor. Additionally, she played a key role in the conversion to a new property system in 2018, and now manages the implementation and development of that system.
